Dispute Resolution Platform

The EU Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution since 2016. This platform is intended to enable an out-of-court online settlement of disputes about contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts or online service contracts between consumers residing in the EU and an entrepreneur established in the EU.
